I had a nice stay at this hotel, which is in a fantastic location just a mile from the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, perfect for our summer visit. The staff was friendly and provided great help with information about the park. Unfortunately, the dining options were quite disappointing, as the food was overpriced and not that great. Overall, it's a solid choice for value, especially for visiting the Grand Canyon!

Overall, I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was fantastic for visiting the Grand Canyon and the staff at check-in and the bar were incredibly friendly. However, the room was quite cramped and lacked a nice view, which was disappointing. The dining experience fell flat for me, especially the overpriced food that wasn't edible and the cold breakfast options. Despite the low points, the service showed effort in trying to improve with fresh paint touches.

Rooms

The room was very cramped and had a cinder block wall view, which wasn't ideal. It was also located directly across from the elevator and vending machines, so it felt a bit noisy.
Service

Some staff members were not helpful or friendly, but others went above and beyond, addressing issues like touching up marks on the wall.
Location

Dining

The dining experience was the worst I’ve ever had anywhere. Breakfast options were the same as other hotels but were cold by 8 am.
Facilities

However, the dining experience left much to be desired, as the food was overpriced and not very good. Overall, I felt like the location was great for accessing the park, but I might have preferred a cheaper option inside the park for better value.
