I had a nice stay at this hotel, which is in a fantastic location just a mile from the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, perfect for our summer visit. The staff was friendly and provided great help with information about the park. Unfortunately, the dining options were quite disappointing, as the food was overpriced and not that great. Overall, it's a solid choice for value, especially for visiting the Grand Canyon!

Rooms

The rooms were clean, tidy, and done to a high standard, complete with a fridge which was ideal for our drinks in the heat of August.
Service

The service was excellent; from the welcoming staff at the door to the concierge who offered help with maps and park information.

5.6/10

Overall, I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was fantastic for visiting the Grand Canyon and the staff at check-in and the bar were incredibly friendly. However, the room was quite cramped and lacked a nice view, which was disappointing. The dining experience fell flat for me, especially the overpriced food that wasn't edible and the cold breakfast options. Despite the low points, the service showed effort in trying to improve with fresh paint touches.

Rooms
5.0
The room was very cramped and had a cinder block wall view, which wasn't ideal. It was also located directly across from the elevator and vending machines, so it felt a bit noisy.
Service
6.0
Some staff members were not helpful or friendly, but others went above and beyond, addressing issues like touching up marks on the wall.
Location
10.0
The hotel's location was perfect for traveling to the Grand Canyon, just a 10-15 minute drive away. There were also plenty of restaurants within walking distance.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was the worst I’ve ever had anywhere. Breakfast options were the same as other hotels but were cold by 8 am.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were standard, but not noteworthy in any way, and the overall value for money wasn't high due to the dining issues.

During my stay, I found the hotel quite convenient to the Grand Canyon, which was a major plus. The room was spacious, equipped with a microwave and fridge, making it comfortable for my needs. However, the dining experience left much to be desired, as the food was overpriced and not very good. Overall, I felt like the location was great for accessing the park, but I might have preferred a cheaper option inside the park for better value.

Rooms
8.0
My room was spacious, although it had a limited view being on the ground floor. It was close to the reception and pool, but surprisingly quiet, which was fantastic for my early morning hikes.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when it came to assisting with information about the Grand Canyon National Park.
Location

The hotel was conveniently located just a mile from the South Rim Park entrance, which made it easy to access the park while being close to restaurants and shops in Tusayan.
Dining

My stay at the hotel was mostly enjoyable, thanks to its great location near the Grand Canyon and spacious, clean rooms that included a microwave. While the staff was friendly enough, their service felt a bit lacking at times, which was disappointing. Overall, I found the value for money reasonable, although dining could use improvement.

I had a pleasant stay overall, with spacious and clean rooms that were very handy for quick access to the Grand Canyon. The excellent service from the friendly staff added to the experience. However, the dining options left a lot to be desired, especially for breakfast, which was overpriced and not tasty. The location was convenient but the hotel itself could use some upgrades.

Rooms
